One of these materials includes weapons batteries. And you need to get these materials in order to improve equipped simulacra. But with varying rarities, obtaining these resources can be a daunting task. So here is our guide on how to get weapon batteries in Tower of Fantasy.

How to get weapon batteries in Tower of Fantasy

Weapon batteries in TOF come in four rarity levels. The higher its rarity, the harder it is to find them. So, here’s how to get batteries for weapons of different rarities:

Weapon Battery I

This type of weapon battery is much more common than all the others. You can get Weapon Battery I through the blue password chests. These chests are scattered throughout the open world. And there are three rarities of password chests. You can check out our guide on how to open password chests for more information. Another way to get this battery type is to get Omnium Beacon rewards. These batteries can upgrade your weapons by 20 experience points.

Weapon Battery II

These batteries are uncommon resources that offer 75 EXP for your Simulacrum. You can get weapon batteries II from standard banners. Since you can draw 10 cards from a standard banner, you can get about 3-4 batteries. You can also get them by completing the various dungeons of the Ruins and choosing adventure activities. In addition to these methods, you can also get Weapon Battery II by opening Type II Password Chests (Purple). Other ways to get these resources are Mia’s Kitchen Rewards and the Points Shop.

Weapon Battery III

Weapon Batteries III is a rare type of resource that grants 250 EXP to your SSR weapons. You can get these batteries by completing Bounty Missions. But since their rewards are based on RNG, you can also buy them for 2 black gold in the weapon shop. You can also convert the blue weapon duplicates you find in standard sets.

Weapon Battery IV

These resources are much harder to find than all weapon batteries. This is a type of super rare resource. But getting them can give you 1000 EXP for your weapon. You can get these batteries by progressing through the story. In addition, you can buy IV weapon batteries from the shop under Traveler’s Supplies.

How to use weapon batteries in TOF

As already mentioned, weapon batteries can be used to upgrade the selected Simulacrum. But the higher the rarity of your weapon, the more experience it will take to improve it. Therefore, instead of using these resources to improve low-level weapons, we suggest hoarding them. Here’s how to use weapon batteries to upgrade your weapons:

• Go to the main menu and select the “Weapons”option.
• Then select the weapon you want to upgrade.
• Press the “Upgrade”button and use the weapon’s battery to increase their performance.
