eFootball 2023 will include new national leagues and data updates to reflect promotions/relegations and player transfers. We are planning a major maintenance in November as part of the in-game asset transfer. After the major maintenance, most of the Standard players who enter eFootball 2022 will have their affiliation and photo updated. In addition, players who are no longer available will be replaced with in-game items of similar value.
The first version of eFootball was released in September 2021, which drew heavy criticism from the press and fans of the license known in the past as PES or Pro Evolution Soccer. The football sim from Japanese publisher Konami, which has been heavily criticized for poor gameplay and grotesque graphics, has been named the lowest-rated game of 2021 by Metacritic. and paid content.
