Feelly, Shuffles, FartHero and more apps to try this weekend
Welcome to another edition of our review of the apps of the week. We’ve got some great options for you this week, including a minimalist mood tracker, Pinterest’s new collage maker app, and a rough gas-swapping app with friends. And, as always, we have selected a great game for you.
Feelly
Keeping track of your mood and emotions can play an important role in shaping your mental health. Feelly is a simple mood tracker where you use emojis to document how you feel: happy, sad, angry, etc. You can then view how your mood changes based on time, place, and event. Where is your happy place?
Shuffle from Pinterest
Here is a super cool app idea from the Pinterest guys. It is a collage maker that provides you with various tools to create your own professional looking collages. Want to try on a new outfit? Go ahead, continue. Visualize your man cave? You bet. You can even use the app to create whimsical digital art.
FartHero
My idea for our Apps of the Week review has always been that it’s a cool, curated collection of super-useful apps. With that in mind, let me introduce FartHero. The admittedly rough app lets you record your flatulence, rate it, rank it from “not impressive”to “very proud”and then share it with your friends.
Papers, Please
Considered by many to be one of the best games ever made for the iPad, Papers, Please has just arrived on iPhone. In it, you play as an immigration inspector in the fictional communist state of Arstotzk, where you must help prevent smugglers, spies, and terrorists from crossing the border.
