Fortnite X Destiny: how to get Destiny 2 skins

After months of rumors and anticipation, Bungie and Epic Games have finally agreed to collaborate. Through this collaboration, character skins from Destiny 2 will make their way into the Fortnite universe. You can get three of the best characters from Bungie’s sci-fi MMO. So here’s everything you need to know about the Fortnite x Destiny collaboration and how to get Destiny 2 skins in Fortnite.

How to get Destiny 2 skins (Fortnite x Destiny)

An official collaboration brings three Destiny 2 characters to Fortnite. These characters are Commander Zavala, Ikora Rey, and the Exo Stranger. You cannot obtain these Destiny characters through other means.

These three characters will be included in a set of cosmetic items. And they are the following:

Commander Zavala

A titan who always loves to be in charge! The Zavala Commander Skin comes with a Targe Back Bling that is included in the outfit. Other cosmetic items included with this skin are the Crown-Spitter Pickaxe and the Sparrow Glider with the Zavala shader. You can use the glider for both ground and air transportation. You can head to the Item Shop to buy the Zavala Commander Outfit for 1500 V-Bucks.

Ikora Rey

One of the coolest warlocks and the greatest champion of the Crucible! Ikora Rey, the successor to the Osiris outfit, will include an ornament on the back of Ophiuchus. Her skin gear will also include her Balon Talon pickaxe and her Sparrow glider with Ikora Shader landing. You can purchase the Ikora Rey costume for 1500 V-Bucks.

exo stranger

Although the Exo Stranger was first introduced in Destiny 2, she returned in the Destiny Beyond Light expansion. You can purchase this skin for 1500 V-Bucks. This outfit includes her Pookie back ornament, Weeping pickaxe, and Sparrow glider. Similar to the aforementioned outfits, her glider is equipped with an Exo Stranger style shader.

If you want to buy all the characters in Destiny 2, you can buy the Legends of Dark and Light bundle for 2700 V-bucks. This set will also include their back decorations along with their outfits.

Javelin-4

By purchasing one of these Destiny skins, you will be able to use them in the Fortnite version of Javelin-4. This custom map was created by the PWR team and is called Guardian Zone Control: Javelin-4 (link). Its code is as follows: 0642-9767-7225.
