With the recent v3.1 update, Genshin Impact has a ton of new content. One of these items includes the Scarab. These are beetles with gold and black patterns that can be found in the Sumeru region. There are over 77 scarabs scattered across the sandy patches of the Great Red Sand. These local delicacies can only be found in the Great Red Sands located to the west of the Sumeru region. • You may not find them in the exact locations on the map as these bugs tend to wander around a bit. So, you need to inspect the locations in order to get them.
• You can also find them underground in the Mausoleum of King Deshret.
• But for this you need to complete the Golden Slumber and Dual Evidence World quests.
• By completing them, you will open underground temples and paths or routes to Sumeru.
• Alternatively, you can also go to Nawaz, an NPC located in Aaru Village in Sumeru, to get scarabs.
• You need to interact and exhaust all dialogues with him the first time to get 4 scarabs.
• These scarabs take approximately 72 hours to reset or respawn. So you can also grow them.
