Next From Apple: iOS 16.0.3 Brings More Bug Fixes to Your iPhone
Apple will soon release iOS 16.0.3, a technical update to fix iPhone 14 bugs like Mail crash, display flickering, CarPlay issues, etc.

More iPhone 14 bug fixes coming to iOS 16.0.3
There are a few remaining iOS 16 bugs that will hopefully be fixed in iOS 16.0.3, including low volume issue during CarPlay phone calls made with iPhone 14 Pro, display flickering on some iPhone models at low brightness, a line of text that can cause Mail to crash, an error when trying to edit cinematic videos shot on iPhone in Final Cut Pro and iMovie on Mac, and more.
iOS 16.0.3 should be out this or next week.
Teething problems and mistakes
As with every major iOS update, there are some issues in the initial version of iOS 16, most of which are on the latest iPhone 14 devices. iOS 16.0. faced by first users.
iOS 16.0.2 followed shortly thereafter to fix other issues such as persistent paste prompts, camera shake on the iPhone 14 Pro, and more.
iOS 16.0.3 won’t be the only iPhone update to fix bugs.
Are you ready for iOS 16.1?
Later in October, iOS 16.1 will bring several new features, as well as a fairly long list of bug fixes specific to iOS 16.
To name just a few, iOS 16.1 will fix momentary volume spikes when typing, music playing long after closing a running app, sluggish response from smart home accessories, and AirDrop reliability and speed issues.
iOS 16.1 is due out alongside iPadOS 16.1 when Apple introduces new hardware later in October.
