NFT Bored Ape Yacht Club game expected in 2022

The NFT game Bored Ape Yacht Club will be released in 2022. At the moment we know almost nothing about this project.

You must have seen these cool monkeys walking by. NFT Boring Ape Yacht Club (BAYC) are currently very popular, their sales reach crazy amounts. Therefore, it is logical that we seek to benefit from this. So, the Bored Ape Yacht Club recently announced a project to develop an NFT game in the form of an image of their monkeys. This should see the light of day in 2022.

NFT Bored Ape Yacht Club will launch in 2022.

NFTs continue to democratize. They are currently involved in video games, especially under publisher Ubisoft. Therefore, many players in the crypto industry and BAYC also see this as a huge opportunity. Yuga Labs, at the forefront of this initiative, intends to launch an NFT game during 2022.

These monkeys, numbering 10,000 in total, are each more original than the others, with their different accessories and styles. Now they are resold at a high price – some reaching the equivalent of several hundred thousand dollars – with huge popularity. Many celebrities are even proud to own them.

At the moment we know almost nothing about this project.

For Yuga Labs, this huge publicity is more than enough to get started in a video game based on blockchain and cryptocurrencies. Thus, with the help of Animoca Brands, a game will appear in which you can earn money. The goal of the game is to earn money in the form of cryptocurrency. So far, the game in question remains very mysterious. We don’t know anything about its content, no trailer has been released, but the tokens used will be Bored Ape tokens and the game may not arrive until Q2 2022 at the earliest.

This seems very promising, although the controversy surrounding NFT games and NFTs in general continues to rage. Not all video game players agree with ethical standards. Should these games be treated as games of chance per se and therefore properly regulated? Some consider NFTs to be a real scam, and the versatility of cryptocurrencies clearly doesn’t help. The future will show how this will turn out.
