Mexican director Alfonso Cuarón is adapting René Knight’s novel Disclaimer into a television series for Apple TV+.

Through Esperanto Filmoj, Alfonso Cuarón (Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban, Children of Men, Roma) will write, direct and produce all episodes of the television series, which will be streamed exclusively on the Apple TV+ streaming platform. Anonymous content will also be there. The film will be directed by Oscar winner Emmanuel Lubezki (Gravity) and Oscar nominee Bruno Delbonnel (The Tragedy of Macbeth). Author Rene Knight is co-executive producer and Cate Blanchett is executive producer.
