Thus, with the perk active, after less than 2 seconds of downtime, your health will begin to regenerate at 25 units per second. So, to emphasize, you can only get this ability after you unlock the Meditation perk. You must deal damage to other opponents to add to the perk counter to unlock this skill. The meter will give out a unique bonus of 15 extra benefits once you fill it up. 1 in 15 has a percentage score of 6.67%. You can get perks, which are permanent passive effects, by accumulating combat experience (XP). You gain combat experience when you harm or defeat enemies (XP).
