The second generation AirPods Pro uses the H2 chip, new noise cancellation and spatial sound features.

CUPERTINO, Calif. — The first major update to Apple’s AirPods Pro in-ear headphones is on the way, and it will bring both sound improvements and battery life, the company says.

The earphones look exactly the same as their predecessors, but they offer some improvements nonetheless. The new H2 chip provides improved noise reduction and personalized spatial sound.

They will be available to order on September 9th for $249 and ship on September 23rd.
