Redmi Note 10S 8GB RAM, 128GB storage variant launched: price, offers, specifications

Xiaomi Redmi Note 10S launched in May. During the launch, the company introduced two variants of the smartphone, each with 6GB of RAM. Now, the Chinese smartphone maker has unveiled a new variant of the Note 10S with 8GB of RAM. Redmi Note 10S with 8GB of RAM comes with 128GB of internal storage. Redmi Note 10S: price and availability

The Redmi Note 10S 8GB + 128GB variant is priced at $250 and will go on sale starting tomorrow at Amazon, mi.com, and Mi Home stores across the country. As a launch offer, the company is offering Rs. $15 discount for ICICI Cerdit Card holders, which brings the price down to $235.

As a reminder, the 6GB + 64GB variant of the phone costs $200, while the 6GB + 128GB variant is priced at $220.

Redmi Note 10S: Specifications and Features

The Note 10S features a 6.43-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with a resolution of 1080×2400 pixels, a maximum brightness of 1100 nits, and a 20:9 aspect ratio. The display panel has a punch-hole cutout and is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 3.

Under the hood, the phone is powered by a MediaTek Helio G95 octa-core mobile processor built on a 12nm process. While the graphic functions are performed by the integrated Mali G76 GPU. It offers LPDDR4X RAM and UFS 2.2 storage and also boots MIUI 12.5 based on Android 11.

The phone has four cameras on the back and an LED flash. The main sensor of the smartphone is a 64MP sensor, which is accompanied by an 8MP ultra wide-angle lens, a 2MP depth sensor and a 2MP macro sensor. For video calls and selfies, it has a 13MP front camera.

The Note 10S is powered by a 5,000mAh battery with support for 33W fast charging. The smartphone is equipped with a USB Type-C charging port, a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, a micro-SD card slot, a 3.5mm audio port, an infrared sensor, stereo speaker setup, high-definition audio, and an IP53 waterproof rating.

Connectivity options include Dual-Sim, 4G, VoLTE, dual-band Wi-Fi 802.11 ac, Bluetooth 5.0 and GPS. It weighs 178g and measures 160.46×74.5×8.3mm. Note 10S is sold in four color options – Cosmic Purple, Deep Sea Blue, Frost White and Shadow Black.
