Returnal will be available on Steam and the Epic Games Store in 2023.

A port of Returnal on PC is being prepared for release.

Mikael Haveri, CMO of Finnish studio Housemarque, is shaping Returnal’s appearance on PC:

The PC version of Returnal was created with a lot of help from our friends at Climax Studios. Compared to the console versions, it will feature some changes and improvements to provide players with a smooth gaming experience. We will let you know the details later. But rest assured, you will face an innovative challenge that only Housemarque has the secret to. As for add-ons like Sisyphus Tower and online co-op, they add a plus to the gameplay.

In Returnal, players take on the role of Selene, a space scout who works for ASTRA. During the mission, she defies orders to follow a mysterious signal codenamed “White Shadow”. Afterwards, she crash-lands on a planet called Atropos. On Atropos, Selene has to deal with the horrors of a time loop that causes her to wake up in the same place every time she dies. Every time the world around her changes and new obstacles and trials appear. Along with the action, Returnal also features storytelling elements that allow players to learn more about Selene, the world around her, and what’s happening on Atropos.

The PC version of Returnal will be available in 2023 on Steam and the Epic Games Store.
