Reliance Jio Phone The next launch is imminent. The new Jio phone will go on sale during Diwali 2021. As of now, the company has not released official pricing information for its budget 4G smartphone. However, rumors suggest that the price of Jio Phone Next in India will start at $47. While we wait for official details, the retail packaging of Jio Phone Next has been leaked online. This confirms the main characteristics of the device. The packaging also highlights Jio’s partnership with Google and Qualcomm to create a new budget 4G smartphone. Reliance Jio will launch Jio Phone Next in Diwali 2021. Ahead of the launch, a Twitter user leaked the device’s retail box online, confirming key specs. On the front of the box is an image of the device, underneath which is the Created with Google logo. The back of the box shows the specifications and key features of the Jio smartphone.

The phone has a 5.45-inch display with HD+ resolution of 720 x 1440 pixels. As you can see in the image, the phone has thick bezels above and below the display. Reliance packed the Jio Phone Next with a 3,500mAh battery that can be charged via a micro-USB cable. The phone has 2 GB of RAM and 32 GB of internal memory. Users can expand the storage up to 512GB via the microSD card slot.

In terms of performance, the phone is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 215 SoC. It has a single 13MP main camera on the back and an 8MP front camera. The dual SIM phone is equipped with a 3.5mm headphone jack and runs on Android-based Pragati OS. It will come with all Jio and Google apps pre-installed. These include JioSaavn, MyJio, JioTV, JioCinema, Google Play Store, YouTube, etc.
