Blizzard will soon be giving fans of Diablo IV the opportunity to play their next RPG some time before its official release scheduled for June 6th. The studio recently made this great announcement during the IGN Fan Fest. As with the development of Diablo II: Resurrected, Blizzard is hosting an Early Access weekend before opening the game’s doors for anyone to test it. This early access weekend will run from March 17-19 and will be reserved for players who pre-ordered Diablo IV. A week later, on March 24, the open beta will open to everyone.
This past weekend, fans who pre-ordered the game will be able to discover it in Early Access.
