WWE 2K23: WarGames brings its dose of carnage and mayhem

Visual Concepts presents a first look at the WarGames mode in WWE 2K23.

The WarGames mode will debut in WWE 2K23 with 3v3 and 4v4 single or multiplayer battles against two side-by-side surrounded by a double steel cage for maximum action.

When setting up a match, players also have the option to give advantage to their team – which team will win the 2v1 advantage after the first rookie – or pass it on to the other side. Players are not limited to using only WWE Superstars or Legends, as wrestlers you create are also eligible for both men’s and women’s matches. In addition, a certain level of customization is possible, such as limiting wins to only pins or submissions, but not both. The intervals between each entry into the ring can also be personalized, with laps of 30 seconds. By default, Superstars join a match every 90 seconds, but this can vary from 30 seconds to five minutes. Once the match has started, the players take control of the chosen superstar. Fans of WWE 2K23 can enjoy WarGames local multiplayer with up to four players on PC (Steam) and PlayStation consoles, and up to six on Xbox consoles. Players can be on the same team or split into multiple teams.
