How to make text bold in whatsapp
To make text bold, you need to put an asterisk (*) on both sides of the text. For example, *This is a sample text to be bolded in WhatsApp*.
As soon as you type an asterisk at the end of the text you want to make bold, WhatsApp will automatically format the selected text. The result will look like this: This is a sample text for making text in bold in whatsapp.
How to send text in italics on whatsapp
To make your WhatsApp message italic, put an underscore (_) on both sides of the text. For example, “_This is a sample text in italics for a WhatsApp message_”.
As soon as you enter an underscore at the end of the text you want to italicize, WhatsApp will automatically format the selected text. The result will look like this: This is a sample WhatsApp message text in italics.
How to send strikethrough text on WhatsApp
To strikethrough a text or message in WhatsApp, put a tilde (~) at the beginning and end of the text/message. For example: ~This is a text sample for strikethrough text in whatsapp~.

How to send monospaced text font on whatsapp
To monospace text or message in WhatsApp, put three backticks (“`)”at the beginning and end of the text/message. For example: “This is the text sample for WhatsApp monospaced text.”
After you enter three backticks at the end of the text you want to make monospaced, WhatsApp will format the selected text and the result will look like this: ???.
Alternatively, you can also press and hold on the text you enter in the message box. On Android smartphones, press and hold text, then select Bold, Italic, or More. Click “More”to select “Strikethrough”or “Constant Space”.
On iPhone, tap text > Select or Select All > B_I_U. Then choose Bold, Italic, Strikethrough, or Monospaced.
