Faruzan is an Academy researcher, a 4-star Anemo character who wields a bow. She was introduced in version 3.3 of Genshin Impact. The Faruzan Hangout event in Genshin Impact allows players to become more familiar with the arcane mechanic so that players can get to know it better. Before embarking on a journey with Madame Faruzan, certain requirements must be met.
Requirements for video meeting Faruzan
- Reach adventure rank 40 or higher.
- Story keys x 2.
- Complete the Archon’s Sumeru quest – Chapter 5: Act 3: Akasha Ripple, Kalpa’s Flame Rising.
- Complete the quest “The Story of Tignari”, Chapter 1: “Vulpes Zerda: Problems That Have No Answers”.
Guide to Faruzan Hangout events in Genshin Impact
Her party has 5 possible endings. The starting point of the quest is in Pardis Dhyai, teleport there as indicated by the quest marker. You will meet Tignari and Colley, Tignari wants you to accompany the Collie to check on Faruzan. Teleport to the city of Sumeru and from here you should focus on your choice if you want to get a specific ending.
Note: some dialogues do not affect the ending. Therefore, only those that matter are shown here.
Ending 1: Stories from the Past
You and Kolley will consider how to get Faruzan’s help. Answer: “Let’s help her solve her current problem first.”Later Faruzan will get stuck in deciding about Kshahrewar and Harawat courses, answer “Tell me more about this Harawat course”. Continue the quest as normal, as these are the only options that affect the ending.
Ending 2: Knowledge is wealth
To unlock this ending, while you and Kolley are contemplating how to get Faruzan’s help, answer “Let’s help her solve her current problem first.”Further, when Faruzan reflects between the two courses; the answer is “Let’s hear what this Kshahrewar collaborative project is about.”Later, Faruzan will ask you to tell her what is the minimum number of steps required to solve the seven levels of the pagoda stack and will answer “127 steps”. By doing this, you will receive the achievement “Mechanic: from beginner to. ..?”. There will come a point when Faruzan can’t decide what style of text and illustration would look good in her handbook, answer “Try to be precise and detailed?”Continue the quest normally, as these are the only options that affect the ending.
Ending 3: Gardener and Nursery
Follow exactly the steps given for ending number 2, only change the answer when Faruzan discusses what text and illustration looks good, here the answer is “Try to keep it simple and fun?”. Continue the quest as normal, as these are the only options that affect the ending.
Ending 4: New friends, new life, new beginning
To unlock this ending, while you and Kolley are thinking about how to get Faruzan’s help, answer: “Let’s figure out how to get her to Pardis Dhyai.”After that, continue to choose dialogues on your own, until Faruzan asks you to return to Pardis Dhyai, you must read all 3 letters on the ground. This will unlock the achievement: You in a Hundred Years. Next, Tignari will ask you about the whereabouts of Faruzan, when you return to Pardis Dhyai, answer “Tell the whole truth.”Continue the quest as normal, as these are the only options that affect the ending.
Ending 5: Welcome back, Faruzan
Follow the same steps as for ending number 4. In the end, when Tignari asks about Faruzan’s whereabouts, he replies: “Keep Tamimi a secret.”
Secret achievements for the Hangout Faruzan event:
- Optimal solution: obtained when players unlock all 5 endings.
- You in a hundred years: Ending 4 and 5
- Mechanics: Beginner to…?: Endings 2 and 3
After unlocking all 5 memories, players can get: Primogems, Hero’s Wits, Talent Books, Food, and Affiliation Materials.
