Tecno Pova Neo with 6000 mAh battery, 5 GB of virtual memory launched: price and specifications

Tecno launched the Pop 5 series of smartphones last week and today released the Pova Neo. Tecno Pova Neo is equipped with a 6000 mAh battery and up to 5 GB of virtual RAM. Along with the smartphone, Tecno is giving away a pair of Tecno headphones worth $20 for free.

Tecno Pova Neo will be available in one storage option – 6GB + 128GB for $176. It will be available in three colors: Powehi Black, Geek Blue, and Obsidian Black. Along with the smartphone, the company is giving away a pair of Tecno headphones for free. It will be available on Amazon and major offline retailers starting January 22.

The Tecno Pova Neo features a 6.8-inch HD+ display with a large notch and an 89.42% screen-to-body ratio that reaches 480 nits of brightness. It supports 60Hz refresh rate and 120Hz touch sampling rate. The smartphone is protected from water according to the IPX2 standard.

The Pova Neo is powered by a Mediatek Helio G25 processor paired with 6GB LPDDR4x RAM and 128GB eMMC 5.1 storage. External storage can be expanded up to 512 GB using an SD card. It also comes with 5GB of virtual RAM and runs HiOS v7.6 based on Android 11.

In terms of optics, the Pova Neo has a 13MP dual camera on the back with an AI lens. For selfies and video calls, it has an 8-megapixel front camera with a dual flashlight. It packs a massive 6000mAh battery with support for 18W fast charging.
