Infinix Zero 5G Launch Confirmed Feb 14th: Specs Expected
Infinix is ready to launch its world’s first 5G phone, the Infinix Zero 5G. Infinix Zero 5G will debut on February 14th. A microsite has gone live on the popular e-commerce platform Flipkart ahead of its launch.
The micro site not only reveals the launch date of the phone, but also reveals that the phone will be equipped with a MediaTek Dimensity 900 octa-core processor. In addition, the micro site also reveals that the device will be equipped with UFS 3.1 storage.
Specifications and features of the Infinix Zero 5G
The Zero 5G is said to feature a 6.7-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display with a resolution of 1080 x 2460 pixels. The display panel on the device may have a refresh rate of 120Hz. The display will house a front-facing selfie shooter inside a notch in the center, as seen in the Flipkart teaser.
The Zero 5G has now been confirmed to be powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 900 octa-core processor built on a 7nm process. The Dimensity 900 has an integrated Mali G68 GPU. The Infinix Zero 5G has also been confirmed to support 13 5G bands.
The Flipkart microsite shows the rear panel of the device, which confirms that the phone will feature a triple rear camera set inside a rectangular camera module. This camera module will sit in the top left corner of the device and will also include a pair of LED flashes. The primary sensor on the phone will be a 48-megapixel primary sensor.
The Zero 5G is said to offer an ultra wide-angle lens and a telephoto lens. Unfortunately, the resolution of these auxiliary sensors is not disclosed at the moment. The phone may be equipped with a 5,000mAh battery and 33W fast charging.
