Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4 Design: Renders
Samsung is expected to introduce the Galaxy Z Fold 4 in August 2022. Ahead of the launch, images of the device’s design have been leaked in a new report. According to SmartPrix, the Galaxy Z Fold 4 will have a camera module design similar to the current Galaxy S22 Ultra flagship. The foldable phone will have a triple camera on the back that protrudes and sits at the top of the back.
In terms of display, the Fold 4 will have a 7.6-inch foldable screen without any notches or cutouts. We can expect the phone to have an improved under-screen camera. The foldable display will support a high refresh rate. Outside, there will be a 6.2-inch display with a notch in the center at the top.
The dimensions are slightly different from the Z Fold 3. When folded, the Z Fold 3 will be 155x130x7.1mm. When unfolded, the phone will measure 158.2 x 128.1 x 6.4mm. The height is shorter by a few millimeters and Samsung is said to be correcting this by increasing the length and width of the phone. This also means that the aspect ratio will be slightly different from the Z Fold 3.
On the bottom, there is a speaker grille and a USB Type-C port. On top, next to the microphone, there is another speaker grille. Other specifications of the foldable phone remain unknown. We can expect Samsung to release a phone with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1+ SoC, which is expected to launch later this month. More details about the phone should appear online in the coming days. We will share more details as soon as it becomes available.
