PUBG New Public Service Announced for March Update v0.9.26
The PUBG New State March Update will be available in-game in a couple of days, and in preparation for that, the game will be closed for maintenance on March 17th for approximately 5 hours. As announced by the development team, the game will be undergoing maintenance. March 17 from 01:00 to 06:00 (UTC), that is, from 6:30 to 11:30.
The patch notes for the March update are also now available in a new video from PUBG New State. The March update includes regular optimization improvements for certain devices, changes to Erangel, and a new weapon, the MG3 light machine gun.
Along with this, the update will also include weapon balance changes, vehicle updates, new weapon tweaks for the Vector and Mini 14, and other in-game updates.

Optimization improvements
- Optimization improvements include full aspect ratio support for the iPad Mini 6.
- Frame optimization for iOS devices in general.
Erangel Updates
- The changes affected the southwestern part of the map.
- New district “Outpost”. The area is under construction and will be developed with updates in the future.
- A mining area has been added to the Ferry Pier and a large factory has been added to the Quarry.
- Adjustments to overall item and vehicle spawn rates in Erangel – The Electron can be found with the Electric Vehicle Battery now available in the Drone Shop.
New weapon – MG3 LMG
- The 75 bullet capacity MG3 Auto Shooter is the latest addition to the game.
- Ammunition caliber 7.62 mm with two unique modes of fire – 660 and 990 rounds per minute.
- The native bipod can be used to recoil when firing from a prone position.
Weapon Balance Changes
- L85A3 – Increased damage and effective range.
- SCS – increased initial speed
- KAR98K [C1] – Increased shutter speed.
- MP5K [C1] – Increased horizontal recoil control.
- Mini-14 [C1] – Increased damage, decreased vertical and horizontal recoil control.
- S686 [C1] – Ability to switch firing modes
- Throttle – increased deflection control
Vehicle upgrades
- Vehicle explosions will now cause passengers to be thrown into the DBNO rather than instant death.
- Mounted shots have less deflection control and higher recoil.
- Volta – Reduced acceleration during acceleration and cornering. Increased noise level.
- Changes have been made to Mesta and Nova to make them easier to manage. This means fewer misses entering corners and easier corner exits.
- The chest UI button will now highlight whenever a teammate places an item in the chest.
