Moto G82 full specs leaked along with first images: what to expect
After the recent launch of the Moto G52, Motorola seems to be gearing up for yet another smartphone. The Moto G82 5G is the upcoming G-series smartphone, according to Evan Blass and 91mobiles. The report also reveals the first look and specifications of the upcoming Moto G82 5G.
The Moto G82 5G is codenamed Rhode 5G+ and will be the company’s first phone to carry the G8x moniker. It is expected to be a mid-range smartphone and is expected to debut soon. The Moto G52 is said to be equipped with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 processor and a 5000mAh battery. The phone can be equipped with a 6.55-inch pOLED display and a 50-megapixel camera. The Moto G82 5G render shows that the new phone will have the exact same design language as the Moto G52. This means that the phone will have a full-screen display and a notch in the center. On the back of the device, there will be a triple rear camera setup inside an oval-shaped module that will sit in the top left corner.

The Moto G82 5G is said to feature a 6.55-inch Full HD+p OLED display with a pixel density of 402 ppi, a 120Hz refresh rate, and a screen-to-body ratio of around 88%. The device is said to be powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 processor and up to 8GB LPDDR4X RAM. According to the report, the phone will ship with 128GB of internal storage.
The Moto G82 5G will come with a triple rear camera setup including a 50MP main camera with OIS support. In addition to it, there may be an 8 MP ultra-wide-angle lens and a 2 MP macro sensor. A 16-megapixel camera is said to be on offer for selfies and video calls.
The upcoming Moto phone is expected to come with a 5,000mAh battery and support for 33W fast charging. It will offer a 3.5mm audio jack and a side-mounted fingerprint scanner. The phone is also reported to have an IP52 splash-proof rating.
