Binance Teams Up With The Weeknd For World Tour

Binance is joining forces with The Weeknd on their world tour to further democratize cryptocurrencies.

To promote cryptocurrency among the general public, all means, or almost all, are good. Binance Teams Up With The Weeknd On Their World Tour

Cryptocurrency exchange Binance has just announced that it will be sponsoring The Weeknd After Hours Til Dawn World Tour, which will officially begin on July 8th. Binance’s official statement explains that it will launch a collection of collaborative NFTs and derivatives in collaboration with HXOUSE, a creative business incubator.

In addition, Binance will donate $2 million to the XO Humanitarian Fund, a fund set up by The Weeknd to support the emergency operations of the UN World Food Program. The singer is a goodwill ambassador for this program and will donate 5% of the sales of the NFT collection created specifically for the occasion to this fund.

To further democratize cryptography

The Canadian superstar is familiar with the NFT. In April 2021, the singer made his first NFT reset on Nifty Gateway. In December of that year, he offered a series of seven NFTs featuring excerpts from his clips and digital signatures from the artist.
