Dreamlight Valley code redemption process

• Launch Dreamlight Valley and during the game, press ESC on PC to go to the menu.
• From here, go to Settings.
• Now click Help from the options shown on the left.
• Enter your code in the input field where it says Redemption Code, and then click Claim.
• Restart the game and go to your mailbox. There will be a notice right above it.
• Interact with the mailbox, check the message and click CLAIM. Please note that this award has an expiration date.

There is no fixed date when you can receive new codes and we are not sure when existing codes will expire. Developers can release new codes when an event happens, a new patch comes out, or new content comes out.
