Assassin’s Creed Codename HEXE: dark universe with witch hunt

Assassin’s Creed Codename HEXE will be the darkest episode of the Assassin’s Creed license.

Marc-Alexis Cote, Executive Producer of the Assassin’s Creed License at Ubisoft, reveals the first information about the Assassin’s Creed codename HEXE:

Our veteran team that worked on Assassin’s Creed Valhalla in Montreal has also been hard at work on the new flagship game. It is led by creative director Clint Hawking (Splinter Cell Chaos Theory, Far Cry 2, Watch Dogs Legion). It’s a very different type of Assassin’s Creed game.

Assassin’s Creed Codename HEXE will be released after Assassin’s Creed Codename RED, which itself will be released after Assassin’s Creed Mirage, which is expected in 2023 on PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S, Xbox One, Amazon Luna, PC via Epic. Games Store and Ubisoft Store, and the Ubisoft+ subscription service.

Assassin’s Creed Codename HEXE takes place in the 16th century, at the height of a witch hunt in the heart of Europe.
