Assassin’s Creed Mirage: Back to Basics with a Narrative Adventure

From seasoned pickpocket to master assassin, Basim ibn Ishaq will roam the bustling streets of 9th century Baghdad in search of answers and justice.

When creating The Wrath of the Druids add-on content for Assassin’s Creed Valhalla, Ubisoft Bordeaux was commissioned to develop Assassin’s Creed Mirage, a new opus offering a modern take on license-defining features and gameplay. Assassin’s Creed for over a decade. Through a carefully narrated adventure experience, players will be able to discover the story of Basim ibn Ishaq in the dense and vibrant city of Baghdad, divided into four districts with unique characters. Haunted by nightmare visions linked to a mysterious past, his fate will take a turn he never knew he had when he becomes a formidable assassin.

Through his mentor Roshan, Basim ibn Ishaq will join the Invisibles at their fortress of Alamut, the fabled gathering place of the Assassins who laid the foundations of the Creed.

Assassin’s Creed Mirage will release next year on PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S, Xbox One, Amazon Luna, PC via the Epic Games Store and Ubisoft Store, and via the Ubisoft+ subscription service.
