Barbie: the famous Mattel doll comes to life with Margot Robbie

Along with a big, sparkling smile as she gets behind the wheel of a pink Chevrolet Corvette, Margot Robbie wears a blue and white striped top, a polka dot headband and a pearl bracelet. Her blonde hair falls below her shoulders in relaxed waves. The Barbie version will hit theaters on July 21, 2023, also starring Ryan Gosling (Ken), John Cena, Will Forte, Lana Kandor, Will Ferrell, Simu Liu, America Ferrera, Kate McKinnon, Michael Cera and Issa Rae.

Barbie was in development for some time, first at Sony Pictures Entertainment with Anne Hathaway and Amy Schumer around the title role before the project moved to Warner Bros Pictures. Dave Green is directing the film, while Greta Gerwig and Noah Baumbach are writing the script.
