BGMI Thug Invitational Season 5: Global Esports Wins Tournament and Rs 4,000,000 prize pool

Day 4 of the BGMI Thug Invitational Season 5 Finals has ended, marking the end of the event on Wednesday. 32 invited teams took part in the league stage, and the top 16 teams advanced to the four-day final of the event. A total of 6 matches have been played over four match days and the prize pool for this event is Rs 8,000.

At the end of the 4th day, it was Global Esports who became the winners of the 5th season of the Champions of Thug Invitational, taking first place in the points table with 290 points (138 finishes). Global Esports, Team XO and Enigma Gaming were among the top 3 teams in every game day of the finals, with GE becoming the champion on the final day. The team won the final title and Rs. Prize fund 4 lakh.

Enigma Gaming and Chemin Esports came in second and third with 260 points each. Enigma had four CDs and CE had three, bringing Enigma Rs. 2 lakh prize money. Fan-favorite teams XO finished in fourth place, while Soul came in seventh.

On Day 4 of the finals, two Vikendi cards were also implemented to increase the competitive level of the event. The move came after BGMI replaced Sanhok with Vikendi in BMPS Season 1 League Stage Week 2.

Global Esports kicks off the day off with a chicken dinner in the first 9-finish match played at Miramar. Mayhem finished second with 10 finishes.

The second match was played on Vikendi and was won by Chemin Esports with 13 finishes, eliminating Team XO who secured 7 finishes. Delta PG from CE alone had 8 kills.

Chemin Esports took the chicken dinner again in the third match of the day with 10 finishes. OR Esports were eliminated in second position with 11 finishes.

Team Entity won the fourth match played at Vikendi with 8 finishes. OR Esports were eliminated in second place with 8 finishes and Godlike Esports were eliminated in third place with 9 finishes.

Team Global Esports won again in the fifth match, having made 16 kills under their name. Mayhem finished second on the list with 7 finishes.

Team Entity Gaming prevailed in the last and final match of the finals with 11 finishes, while Chemin Esports were eliminated in second place with 3 kills.
