You can unlock the gold camouflage for MP5 (Lachmann Sub) by getting 3 kills without dying 10 times. But before you can actually unlock this challenge, you need to complete the Base Camo challenges for it. Basic tasks for Lachmann Sub:

• Get 50 MP5 kills.
• Get 10 MP5 double kills.
• Get 50 kills with an MP5 Silencer.
• Get 10 kills with the MP5 Hipfire.

You should be able to complete all of the above basic objectives by playing a couple of multiplayer matches. The best way to speed things up is to play modes with smaller maps. For example, such game modes as Hardpoint or Domination. This will especially help with getting 10 Hipfire kills.
