COD Modern Warfare 2: Best Laser Gadgets
COD Modern Warfare 2 has many different attachments for your weapons that you can upgrade. While some attachments are only for weapon platforms, some are versatile attachments to enhance your gaming experience. Laser attachments are one of the weapon sights that can help improve vision, mobility, aiming stability, and more. But which ones to choose? Check out our guide for the best laser attachments in Modern Warfare 2.
The best laser attachments in Modern Warfare 2
As mentioned earlier, laser sights will help you improve your weapons and increase their performance. We’ve compiled a list of the best Laser modules based on specs and play style.
The following are three important criteria for Laser tips in the MW2:
- aiming aiming speed
- aiming stability
- laser visibility
So let’s start with the best laser attachments for each of the above features:
Slow down aiming speed (ADS)
Laser FSS OLE-V
- If you are looking for the best ADS speed, the FSS OLE-V Laser Sight is the best match for your weapon.
- It can be used for the LMG, AR and Sniper Rifle weapon classes in MW2.
- In addition to improving the speed of aiming, this laser also improves the stability of aiming and the speed of transition to shooting.
- It emits a red beam of light when using ADS.
VLK LZR 7mW
VLK LZR 7mW has the same advantages as FSS OLE-V. But you can use this laser attachment on shotguns as well as other submachine guns.
Aim stability – the best laser attachments in COD Modern Warfare 2
Corio LAZ-44 V3
- This is a lightweight 5mW laser that is best suited for enhancing the aiming stability and speed of your weapons.
- It can be used for weapons like Lachmann-556, M4, Kastov 762 and other assault rifles. The Corio LAZ-44 V3 scope emits a green beam of light when using ADS.
Inclined VIBRO-DOT 7
- You can use the Canted Vibro-Dot 7 on weapon classes such as Battle Rifles, Assault Rifles, and several Submachine Guns.
- When you unlock this laser sight, your weapon’s aiming stability, ADS speed, and transition speed to fire will also increase.
- The best part of this weapon attachment is that it also offers slanted aiming.
- It can help you in several close and medium fights. But the only drawback is that you cannot equip or attach any optics to this weapon.
laser visibility
To outweigh the only disadvantage of laser attachments, some attachments can help keep you from emitting light. Unlike other laser sights that emit light while aiming, they are only visible if you aim them. So if you don’t aim at your enemies, it won’t emit any light. But the only downside is that it doesn’t offer as many perks as the one above. So here are the laser attachments for laser stealth during ADS in Modern Warfare 2:
SZ 1 mW parametric equiv.
- The 1mW SZ PEQ laser emits a beam of red light only when you point it at enemies.
- This scope also provides improved aiming stability.
- You can use it for AR weapons like TAQ-56, Kastov-74u, Kastov 545 and more.
1MW laser box
- This laser attachment provides improved hip-firing accuracy and hip recoil control. But perhaps the only drawback is that this laser is visible on the thigh when it is active.
- You can use the 1MW laser box for augmented reality weapons like Kastov 545, M4, M16, TAQ-56 and more.
For me, the best laser attachments would be FSS OLE-V and Corio LAZ-44 V3. But this may vary depending on different playstyles and preferences. So, try and experiment with the unlocked laser attachments in Modern Warfare 2. We leave the decision up to you.
