Fleece of the lamb

This is the first rune you get by default. As the description says, this cloak is a noble robe fit for a Cult leader. But this rune has no buffs or debuffs. So, you need to advance further in the game to replace this rune.

As the description says, you can draw 4 tarot cards at the start of your crusade. The twist here is that you can no longer draw tarot cards. Rune of Brittle Fortitude

This rune turns all collected hearts into 1.5 times the amount of blue hearts. While your reusable red hearts can heal and replenish your health, the blue ones are a bit more difficult.
