Give the Discord app a custom background with DCFrame

Discord is a popular communication platform for gamers, but even jailbreakers seem to use dedicated Discord channels to discuss their hobby with other hobbyists.

If you’ve been looking for a way to customize your Discord app in a way that you just can’t get out of the box, then we recommend starting with DCFrame, a small, recently released jailbreak tweak from iOS developer Sugiuta.

As shown in the example screenshot above, DCFrame allows you to customize the background of the Discord app’s chat interface with any image of your choice. It’s the perfect way to add a touch of personality to your Discord conversations, even if you’re the only one who can see it.

Once installed, the tweak adds a settings panel to the Settings app, where you can turn the tweak on or off on demand and select an image from your device’s photo library to use as the background of the Discord app. The “Apply”button is located in the upper right corner of the settings panel, which allows you to save changes.

If you’re willing to give your Discord app a custom background image instead of the usual gray one it usually has, you can download DCFrame for free from Sugiuta’s personal repository through your favorite package management app. The tweak supports jailbroken iOS 13 and 14 devices with the official Discord app installed and is publicly available on the developer’s GitHub page.

Those who do not yet use Sugiuta’s personal repository but would like to do so can add it to their package manager application using the URL below:
