Dead by Daylight will be available for free on the Epic Games Store next week

The Epic Games Store regularly gives away free games every month, and it looks like the asymmetric multiplayer horror game Dead by Daylight is coming out next week. The game has been slowly growing a fairly dedicated fan base, which is sure to get bigger due to the free sale period on the Epic Games Store.

The most notorious is that the Epic Games Store gave away Grand Theft Auto V to users to download and keep forever, bringing over 1.5 million new users to the platform. Dead by Daylight is an exceptionally fun multiplayer game that uses a ton of great horror IPs to deliver a fantastic experience that is both intense and quirky.

Dead by Daylight Free Claim From December 2nd to 9th: Here’s How

To claim the game will release on December 2nd, players need to log into the Epic Games Store and search for “Dead by Daylight”. The game page should appear and they can buy the game without spending any money at all.

Players can currently purchase TheHunter: Call of the Wild for free from the Epic Games Store. Along with Dead by Daylight, the puzzle/simulation game While True: Learn() will also be available for free during the same period.

Dead by Daylight, developed by Behavior Interactive, is a rather asymmetrical multiplayer mode that puts players in a rather difficult situation. Four players will take on the role of a Survivor and try to escape from the lone Assassin on the map, who is usually a superpowered force of nature. While the Survivors have the advantage in numbers, the Assassin usually has a lot of cool abilities and abilities that give them a slight edge in the power level.

The game is definitely one of the best multiplayer/co-op modes right now and that it’s available for free is an absolute gift. The game will be available for download from 2 to 9 December.
