Dinkum: how to upgrade your home
Dinkum is an indie farming RPG that was released on Steam as an Early Access. The game takes place in the wild Australian outback or has elements similar to it. While you are exploring the lands, you need to collect items and resources that will help you develop your city. While in the city, as you progress further, you will need to upgrade your house from time to time. Even though it is not a very difficult task, we recommend that you read through this guide and upgrade your home in Dinkum.
How to improve your home in Dinkum
Although you start with a tent, the improvements to your Dinkum home will put you in debt. You will have to pay this before you can buy another document. If you are ready to build your first house, you will have to go to Fletch and get a bill of sale.
Your first house upgrade will put you in debt for 95,000 Dinks. Although your interior space will increase from 4×4 to 6×6. The tent will be replaced with a proper house structure once you get the document and then start building the house. Since you will have to place the building material yourself, we recommend that you start farming resources as early as possible.
Renovation of the second home is possible after some time, although there is no specific time frame. You will have to pay off your debt. Since this update puts you in debt of 2,20,000 Dinks, we recommend that you get close to that amount first. Even for this upgrade, you will have to talk to Fletch first. Once you upgrade your house in the game, your new interior space will increase from 6×6 to 8×8.
That’s all you need to improve your Dinkum home.
