Dinkum: How to kill a crocodile

Dinkum is a life simulation farming game that features an island based on a wild Australian theme. You can pet animals and raise them to get certain benefits from them. There are other animals in the forest that are dangerous to the player character and tamed animals. These animals can be hunted and turned into raw meat. This raw meat can be cooked for your own consumption or sold for a few dinks in return. One of the dangerous predators roaming the island is the crocodile. Killing a crocodile in the game takes a little time and can sometimes be fatal. Here is our guide on how to kill a crocodile in Dinkum.

How to kill a crocodile in Dinkum

The crocodile in Dinkum is known as Croco. They are mostly found near water bodies. Alpha crocodiles are another variety of crocodiles that can be found on the map. Alpha Croco can be found near the mines. Unlike the regular Croco, this alpha creature attacks with completely different moves. Kill both Crocos by doing the following:

• A hunting license is required to kill or hunt animals in Dinkum.
• Buy a Hunting License for 250 PP at Fletch’s tent.
• A level 1 hunter’s license will allow you to craft a hammer, spear, or wooden bat.
• You should upgrade your hunting license to level 2 as soon as possible.
• A level 2 hunting license allows the character to craft weapons from copper. Copper weapons are more effective than regular ones.
• If you meet Croco, equip a weapon.
• The normal Croco takes aim before attacking with a simple but deadly bite attack.
• On the other hand, Alpha Croco can deliver a serious bite blow in a lunge. One of his attacks involves a high jump that creates a sharp stone wall.
• Try to attack a moving crocodile, because when a crocodile locks onto a target, it stops moving and attacks in a forward direction.
• Try to stay away from the crocodile that is standing still.
• When Croco’s health bar turns red, he tries to dive into the water and run away.
• Crocodile can be attacked even in water.
• Follow Croco and deliver the final blow to collect crocodile meat.
