You will encounter this obstacle after receiving the Frozen Invitation quest and exploring the Forest of Valor and Frost Heights.

• To remove those fungus-covered tree stumps in Disney Dreamlight Valley, you’ll first need to travel to the Frozen Realm. Which you can easily reach through the Portal, accessible on the second floor of Dream Castle. However, it will cost you about 4000 Dreamlight and then you will be given the task to help Anna and Elsa.
• Once you’ve completed the Realm quest, you’ll have the option to invite Anna to the Valley of Dreamlight and show her around. After inviting her to the Valley, simply raise your friendship with her to level 2.
• Once you have completed the requirement, the Ice Invitation quests will be triggered. And in this quest, you can get the shovel blade in Disney’s Dreamlight Valley.
• However, please note that you will need various items to craft a shovel blade.
  • 10x Softwood – Easy to find under the trees in the valley.
  • 4x Hardwood – Can be found in the Forest of Valor, Sunshine Plateau, and the Forgotten Lands.
  • 3 workshop parts – can be crafted from iron ore.
  • 4 iron ingots – can be crafted from iron ore.
• Once you have all the required items, go to the workbench to craft a shovel blade.
• After you have successfully crafted the shovel, you will need to upgrade it by increasing your friendship with Elsa.

And after all this, you can easily remove the stumps in Disney Dreamlight Valley.
