Do I have to learn Unforgivable Curses in Hogwarts Legacy?
Following Sebastian Sallow’s storyline, you will learn all 3 Unforgivable Curses (Crucio, Imperio and Avada Kedavra). However, their study is not mandatory and depends entirely on your choice. When it comes to learning these sinister spells, most players are of two minds. This is because all these dark spells are used by villains to torture or kill people. Fortunately, there is no harm in learning any of the Unforgivable Curses in Hogwarts Legacy. You have complete freedom to choose the path of good or evil in the game. There is no morale meter in this game that would lower your character.
Learning an Unforgivable Curse like Crucio won’t hurt your reputation with other Apprentices and Masters. Having Unforgivable Curses in your arsenal only changes a few dialogues and nothing else. Even the storyline of the game remained the same. That way, you don’t have to worry about missing out on the True Hogwarts Legacy ending if you learn Unforgivable Curses. Crucio’s Creature is a Curse of Torture that damages your opponent over time, leaving them with a minimal amount of health. Whereas, Imperio will temporarily force your enemies to team up with you. Last but not least, Avada Kedavra is the strongest of all the Unforgivable Curses. He is able to destroy the enemy with one blow.
