The main reason for this error is due to server-related technical issues on Valve’s part. This means that players have no other choice but to wait for their team to resolve this issue. Once the developers resolve this technical issue, players will be able to claim these rewards immediately.
In the meantime, you can try restarting your PC or console to fix the issue. You can also restart your internet router to resolve this error. In addition, some players received free rewards for delays. So be sure to check your inventory or arsenal. In some cases, players have unlocked rewards after playing matches.
Regardless, you must complete 10 matches before the Battle Pass ends to receive your rewards. After you have played 10 matches, you will be able to receive three rewards:
- A free Tier 1 Battle Pass that can be redeemed for 24 Battle Tiers if you already own the Pass.
- Your preferred available choice of Arcana from the Dota 2 store.
- One month free subscription to Dota Plus.
