Focus Entertainment announces acquisition of Leikir Studio
Leikir Studio becomes the fifth development structure to bring Focus Entertainment together.
Responsible for Metal Slug Tactics, scheduled later this year for Nintendo Switch and PC (Steam), in partnership with SNK and Dotemu, the Parisian Leikir Studio will strengthen Focus Entertainment in producing quality titles with unique gameplay with various art directions – stylized. 3D, pixel art or 2D. The teams’ significant technical know-how will also be a significant asset for the French publisher, which continues to expand to compete with a major competitor like Nacon in the AA market.
