How to fight in Forspoken
You can fight using the Zip parkour ability in Forspoken. You can press the “Square”button to use the Zip ability. The open world has several structures to capture such as spikes, pillars, rocks, wall cubes and more.
So here’s how you can get a grip:
- First, aim for structures or grappling points that you can grab onto.

- Then press the Square button on your controller to use the Zip ability.
- Finally, run away from the road to grab across the road.
In addition to climbing tall structures, the Zip ability can also help you avoid danger. You can use the Zip ability to get out of the way while fighting bosses or enemies. But note that using the Zip ability also drains a stamina bar. So, don’t forget to link Zip to the Rush ability. When you do this, the Rush ability will restore a small amount of stamina. It can help you when climbing rocks, mountains and ledges. You can also use the Takeoff ability to fly higher by making multiple jumps in quick succession.
