Fortnite x Dragon Ball: Son Goku, Vegeta, Bulma and Beerus Join Epic Games’ Battle Royale

One of Fortnite’s biggest crossovers is now available in partnership with Dragon Ball.

The Fortnite x Dragon Ball crossover has officially launched after weeks of rumors, leaks and teases. This is one of the most ambitious collaborations in Battle Royale history from US publisher Epic Games. Skins for Son Goku, Vegeta, Beerus, and Bulma have been added to the Fortnite store with alternate styles for all but Beerus. In addition, new Dragon Ball weapons, creative maps, and a free, limited-time battle pass-like reward system give players tons of things to see and do in Dragon Ball Super-inspired Fortnite.

Complete quests on Dragon Ball Adventure Island, use the Kamehameha ability, move quickly around the island with the Nimbus Cloud (Kintoun) mobility item, and more.

Epic Games explains:

Seven sets of quests will be offered to test your strength, agility, concentration and many other skills. For each completed training set, you will receive a Dragon Ball, and your strength level will increase. This unlocks awesome rewards like the Dragon Radar back decoration, emotes, sprays, and Battle Pass levels. During each game, shipments organized by the Capsule Corporation fall from the sky. Obtain a Kamehameha and send a devastating beam of energy at any enemy you meet along the way, or summon a magical cloud (Kinto-un) to fly over the island. As the storm approaches, more and more capsules appear.

Until September 17, fans of the Dragon Ball Super animated series and Fortnite players will be able to board a virtual cruise ship created by the Vysena Studios team and watch certain episodes using island codes.

• Dragon Ball Super – Episode 09: Thanks for waiting Lord Beerus! The super saiyan god is finally born! (1356-5236-0901) – Shenron explains how to create a divine Saiyan. This requires five Saiyans with a pure soul to pour out their spirit on one Saiyan with a righteous heart. The transformation requires more Saiyans than there are on board, but Videl chose this moment to make an incredible revelation.
• Dragon Ball Super – Episode 10: Show Us Goku! Super Saiyan God Power!! (4149-8889-8252) – Goku has managed to transform into a divine Saiyan, and now he faces the God of Destruction in a duel that will determine the fate of the Earth. But the Divine Saiyan is so powerful that Goku struggles to control himself.
• Dragon Ball Super – Episode 11: Continue Lord Beerus! Battle of the Gods! (5893-7217-3843) – Now that Goku has better control over his powers, his combat power is increased. The battle flies to the edge of the stratosphere and Beerus furiously attacks Goku to awaken the latter’s power. Even if his wounds heal, will he be able to withstand Beerus’ true power?
• Dragon Ball Super – Episode 13: Goku, Surpass the Super Saiyan God! (2586-7170-0416) – Goku continues to surprise Beerus with his growing powers. They begin to fight with all their power, but the Saiyan divine aura surrounding Goku loses intensity and he eventually becomes a simple Super Saiyan again. Does Goku have a chance to win?
• Dragon Ball Super – Episode 81: Bergamo the Crusher vs. Goku! Whose power reaches the wild blue over there?! (5087-3838-8716) – Universe 9’s third fighter tries to convince Zen-Oh to not just destroy universes. Zen-O agrees on one condition: Universe 9 must win the demo match. However, if Goku wins, the entire universe will be destroyed!
