Free Fire collaborates with Money Heist for another time before the release of the last part
The popular battle royale mobile game Free Fire from Garena will once again collaborate with Money Heist or Netflix’s La Casa De Papel. The acclaimed series first collaborated with the game back in 2020 and is doing the same thing again a year later. The series returns to Free Fire as an in-game event called Final Episode: Raid and Run.
Garena has released a teaser for the upcoming Free Fire x Money Heist event. This new crossover arrives just as Season 5 of The Money Heist Part 2 is just around the corner. The Money Heist Season 2 is set to release in December and the limited-time in-game event will bring themed skins Money Heist, UI, game mode, in-game items and more.
The Money Heist Season 2, which features the final three episodes, will stream on Netflix starting December 3rd. The in-game Final Episode: Raid and Run event will also be streaming on the same day, and the event will run until December. 14.
The limited-time event will also feature the Professor from Money Heist, and players will be able to team up with him to complete missions on the map of Bermuda. The event includes tasks such as searching for gold and rescuing the squad.
Money Heist and Free Fire are very popular, and the game and series may want to bring each other to the audience through such cooperation. Garena, the developer and publisher of Free Fire, has stated that more details about the event will be revealed soon.
The game has been popular and has attracted more and more players over the past year, and it competes with games like BGMI and Call of Duty Mobile. However, PUBG New State is now probably the game’s biggest competitor as it recently topped 10 million downloads.
