Genshin Impact: Corus Dune Puzzle

Update 3.1 for Genshin Impact is out and it brings us a lot of different new things to try in the already huge open world of Teyvat. While exploring the newly added areas in Sumeru and exploring the Hypostyle Desert, players will eventually stumble upon a massive pyramid with many cryptic puzzles. Completing the Bomiphaz questlines in Aaru Village will require you to solve these puzzles and retrieve the Tomb of Korus Record from this pyramid. So, in this guide, we will show you how you can get this Dune of Corouses pyramid entry in Genshin Impact and even get Dendroculus as a reward.

How to Solve the Corus Dune Puzzle

Before you start traveling through Dune, it’s important to remember that in order to reach certain areas within it, you must complete the Golden Dream questline. Specifically, you need to have Everlight Cell clearance for the Scarlet Slumber Slate relic and have an adventure rank of 28 or higher.

After completing all the necessary conditions, go to the Koruz dune north of the Hypostyle Desert. The Corus Tomb Record is now on the topmost level of Dune. You can go up to the upper level using the air elevator in the middle of the ruins. You will find this elevator with large fan blades next to the Four Leaf Seal and the Hajj Nisut Prism in the large entrance hallway.

Now getting to the top floor seems easy, right? Well here’s the tricky part. The top of the elevator is blocked by a barrier until the player solves a set of puzzles. These puzzles involve finding a set of Keystone Replicators scattered throughout the ruins. These keystones look like glowing inverted pyramids that will follow you as soon as you find them. Players must also find the Everlight Cells and activate them to activate the platform that the Keystones need to be transported to. Corus Tomb Record Discovery

Once you move all the cornerstones to the Everlight platforms, a barrier to the top floor will open. All you have to do now is fly to the top of the air lift and find the hidden Exquisite Chest. Interacting with this chest will give you the Corus Tomb Record. However, be careful as you may have to fight some hostile mobs in this area. Completing all the puzzles will also result in the appearance of Dendoculus, which you can find in the leftmost room in the main entrance hallway.
