You will meet this waypoint between Visudha field and Ashavan realm. You need to get to the “Children’s Dream Fragment”domain in order to be able to drain water in Genshin Impact.

• Once you get to the Statue of the Seven, head west to get to the waterfall and then defeat the Ruin Guardians to drain the water level.
• Then follow the Seelie into the cave and open the Dendrogran Tree near the ground you’re on.
• Hidden in this area are four elemental monuments that you can find and activate using the guide above.
• Going further into the cave, you will be able to unlock the “Children’s Dream Fragment”Domain.
• By doing this, you will completely empty the water level.
• Now just head back to the ‘Statue of the Seven’ waypoint and head back to the waterfall. When the water level drops, you will be able to unlock the teleport waypoint.
