The Focalor in Genshin Impact is a Hydroarchon who lives in the Fontaine area on the Teyvat map. She is also known as the God of Justice, who appeared 500 years ago. Some theories suggest that the Focalors were not the original member of the Seven in this game. This is because it was placed after the previous Hydroarchon died in a war 2000 years ago.
According to scholars of the Teyvat region, the War of the Archons was a battle between the Gods. Further, “Seven”was created at the end of the war. As mentioned above, Focalors lives in Fontaine, which is located in the center of the Teyvat map. One of the main Archon Chapter IV quests, The Masquerade of the Guilty, takes place in the Fontaine area.
Here’s a fun fact, Focalors is also the name of a demon who was the Grand Duke of Hell. As we know, Genshin Impact sometimes draws inspiration from mythology, and that’s where Focalors come from.
