Ghostwire: Tokyo will mix fights, friendships and the paranormal

The city of Tokyo is the scene of an unreal world in a new license from Tango Gameworks.

As much of Tokyo’s population disappears, otherworldly paranormal visitors take the opportunity to take to the streets with the help of a mysterious masked man named Hannya. To stay alive, Akito, a young man who is one of the last survivors in the city, must team up with a ghostly ally, the forgotten spirit of a seasoned detective named Kei Kei.

Not all of the strange creatures roaming the back streets of Tokyo are evil, but most of them should be considered hostile. Using the Ethereal Weave, a powerful elemental technique obtained by bonding Akito with CC, it will be possible to charge the power of fire, water, and wind to fight dangerous visitors: “Dealing enough damage can open the heart of an enemy visitor. Then perform the Heart Extraction, a devastating attack that ends the fight in style.”

Ghostwire: Tokyo will be available on PS5 (one-year temporary exclusivity) and PC starting March 25th. Please note that the Deluxe Edition includes a shinobi costume, kunai weapon, and streetwear set. Finally, the Biker Outfit will be offered as a digital pre-order bonus on the PlayStation Store.
