Given that social media emails have no memorability value, here’s how to delete them.

• Open your Gmail account on your desktop.
• Click the “social”or “promotional”category at the top of your inbox.
• A small check mark will appear below the search bar at the top of the page. Click on it to select all emails in the Social or Ads folder.
• You will see a message: “All 50 conversations on this page have been selected. Select “All Conversations in Promotions”. You need to click on the second sentence.
