GoW Ragnarok Real Tyr: how to find it and where to find it
Once you’ve completed the main story of God of War Ragnarok, you’ll want to find the real Tyr. Throughout the story, you can guess that some things in his behavior seem strange. And after the end of the game, everything will start to make sense. So, in this guide, find out where and how to get to Real Tyr in God of War Ragnarok.
How to find the real Tyr in God of War Ragnarok
You can find the real Tyr in the Asgardian Prison. Before we continue, this guide contains major post-game spoilers. So if you haven’t completed the main story yet. I highly recommend that you return to this guide after you are done with it. So, now that you’ve been warned, here’s what you need to do to find it:
- Complete the main story and defeat Odin.
- Travel to Niflheim.
- Here you will find two new areas to explore.
- After passing the forge, continue straight ahead, and Mimir and Freya will tell you that this is the prison of Asgard.
- Climb down and you will encounter some enemies.
- Defeat them, then use your spear to stick into the mechanism, it will blow steam. Use it to go to the next level.
- Use the chain to lower the spear.
- Repeat the process until you get to the very bottom of the prison.
- Once you reach the bottom, the camera will be inaccessible and Freya will suggest finding a way on the other side.
- Jump up a level, turn right and climb onto the ledge with snow.
- Then turn back and jump up using your Blades of Chaos.
- On the left side there will be a door where you can lock the Blades of Chaos and open it.
- Use the chain to lower the spear.
- Now go down the other side.
- Go left and open the camera and you will find the real Tyr behind.
After you find True Tyr, you will also complete Broken Favor Prison.
