OnePlus 10 Series launch schedule announced online
OnePlus has unveiled the Nord 2 Pac-Man Edition. The special edition smartphone has received some design changes and software tweaks compared to the standard Nord 2. Another OnePlus smartphone series that has been in the news recently is the company’s upcoming flagship. The OnePlus 10 series will reportedly debut in the first quarter of 2022. The company has yet to confirm an official launch date for its upcoming flagship series. While we wait, a new report has revealed the OnePlus 10 series launch schedule and other details. A report from 91Mobiles states that OnePlus’ next-generation flagship smartphone series is currently undergoing closed testing. Let’s take a look at the details, specifications, and more of the OnePlus 10 series launch.
OnePlus 10 series launch schedule
The OnePlus 10 series may debut earlier than expected. If a 91Mobiles report is to be believed, the company could launch the OnePlus 10 models in late January or early February. There is no word from the company. However, analyst Yogesh Brar and 91Mobiles say the device is currently undergoing private trials in Europe and China. The timeline appears to have been pushed forward to compete with the Samsung Galaxy S22 series, which is rumored to debut on February 8th.
We can expect at least two devices from this series. These include the standard OnePlus 10 and 10 Pro. Details of the latest smartphone have been leaked to the past. A prototype phone released by OnLeaks showed that the phone would have a square camera module with the left side curving into a bezel. A triple camera will be installed in the camera module. Nothing is known about the details of the camera sensor at the moment. A recent report claimed that the device will feature a periscope lens with support for 5x optical zoom.
Other details rumored to include a 6.7-inch QHD+ AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, Qualcomm Snapdragon 898/Snapdragon 8 Gen1, and 65W fast charge/125W fast charge. The device will also run a unified OS developed by OnePlus and Oppo.
