Dio Over Heaven, commonly known as JIO (Over Heaven), is based on the game Heaven Ascension and is published by Anime Adventures. DIO makes an appearance in the PlayStation 4/5 game Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure: Eyes of Heaven.

JIO (Over Heaven) is an AoE-attacking magic damage unit. The World Above Heaven, his active ability, stops all enemy movement for a whopping 20 seconds and prevents the wave timer from running out.

You must purchase Frozen Stars, which cost 150 Stars, in order to obtain JIO (Over Heaven) as a unit. During the Christmas 2022 event, stars, a temporary currency, were dropped through frozen portals.
